Don Helms served as the Director of Private Brands for Lowe’s Companies Inc. in Mooresville, NC from 2012 -2017. His responsibilities included brand strategy & positioning, consumer insights, brand identity, packaging, product development & selection, and marketing for the home décor brand portfolio. Led by the $1B allen + roth brand, the portfolio delivered over $5billion in annual revenue. Before Lowe’s, Don managed several national brands for Frito-Lay, Dean Foods, and Snyder’s-Lance. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an MBA in Marketing from Wake Forest University.
Don currently provides brand marketing consulting services to clients in a variety of industries.
